1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PaySoor.com, a crowdfunding and community-support platform operated by Kindly Tech LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the PaySoor.com website and related services (together, the Platform). By visiting, registering an account, launching a campaign, or making a donation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.1 About PaySoor.com
PaySoor.com provides a safe and transparent environment where individuals, charities, and community organisations (Campaign Owners) can raise funds for personal, charitable, and social initiatives, and where supporters (Donors) can make voluntary contributions. The Platform acts purely as a technical and administrative facilitator of these interactions.
Kindly Tech LTD is not a payment institution, bank, investment company, or money-service business, and it does not hold, control, or manage any donor funds at any stage of the transaction process. All payments, fund holdings, and payouts are processed exclusively through independent, regulated third-party payment processor partners (collectively referred to as the Payment Partners).
Our Payment Partners are fully licensed and authorised to perform payment collection, safeguarding, and payout services in accordance with applicable FCA and EU payment regulations. They are responsible for the secure handling and storage of payment information, anti-fraud screening, and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) regulations.
1.2 Our Relationship with Payment Partners
PaySoor.com works in cooperation with Payment Partners as independent service providers. Their role is to enable the secure transfer of funds between Donors and Campaign Owners while ensuring compliance with payment laws and safeguarding requirements.
The Payment Partners act as the sole custodians of campaign funds during the donation lifecycle. Donations are received and temporarily held in safeguarded accounts managed by the Payment Partner, not by Kindly Tech LTD. Once a campaign meets its conditions for release, and all compliance checks are satisfied, the Payment Partner disburses funds directly to the verified Campaign Owner.
PaySoor.com only receives its platform service fee or commission from the Payment Partner after a successful transaction. At no point does Kindly Tech LTD obtain access to, or control over, donor monies.
This structure ensures that financial risk, fraud exposure, and compliance obligations relating to the movement or custody of funds remain fully managed within the Payment Partner’s regulated framework, while PaySoor.com focuses on platform operations, user support, and campaign quality oversight.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms;
- You acknowledge that all payment and payout activities are handled by regulated third-party Payment Partners, not by PaySoor.com;
- You agree that PaySoor.com’s role is limited to providing the technology and administrative tools to connect Donors and Campaign Owners; and
- You will comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and any additional terms required by our Payment Partners.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1.4 Updates and Changes
PaySoor.com may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates in law, regulation, or the practices of our Payment Partners. Any material change will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Our Legal Role and Regulatory Position
3.1 Overview
PaySoor.com is an online crowdfunding and community-support platform operated by Kindly Tech LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The Platform provides the digital infrastructure through which Campaign Owners can create, publish, and manage fundraising campaigns, and through which Donors can make voluntary financial contributions to support those campaigns.
The Platform’s function is strictly limited to facilitating communication, visibility, and secure payment processing between Users. PaySoor.com does not itself provide financial, investment, or payment services and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payment institution, investment intermediary, or electronic money issuer.
Kindly Tech LTD’s role is purely technical and administrative offering a secure and compliant environment for fundraising campaigns while ensuring that all financial transactions are executed safely through independent, licensed third-party Payment Partners.
3.2 Relationship with Regulated Payment Partners
PaySoor.com collaborates with regulated third-party payment processor partners (Payment Partners) to handle all aspects of payment collection, fund safeguarding, and disbursement. Each Payment Partner is duly authorised under applicable payment regulations (such as the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and Electronic Money Regulations 2011) and operates under the supervision of relevant financial authorities.
When a Donor makes a contribution through the Platform:
- The payment is processed directly by the Payment Partner, not by Kindly Tech LTD.
- The donated funds are held in segregated or safeguarded accounts by the Payment Partner in accordance with regulatory obligations.
- Upon completion of the campaign and satisfaction of compliance checks, the Payment Partner releases the funds directly to the verified Campaign Owner, after deducting applicable platform and processing fees.
PaySoor.com never receives, holds, or controls donor funds at any point in this process. The Platform merely transmits transaction instructions and relevant metadata between Users and the Payment Partner using secure APIs or other technical integrations.

- Receive or store campaign funds on behalf of any User;
- Provide banking, payment, investment, or money-remittance services;
- Assume fiduciary, trustee, or escrow responsibilities for any Donations; or
- Guarantee campaign outcomes or the delivery of any benefits or commitments by Campaign Owners.
All payments, holdings, and payouts are executed exclusively within the licensed Payment Partner’s regulated environment. PaySoor.com’s financial responsibility is limited to its own platform service fees and operational charges disclosed to Users.

The Platform also maintains internal risk controls, moderation policies, and manual review procedures to ensure that campaigns and Users comply with these standards.
3.5 Independence of Payment Partners
The Payment Partners operate as independent regulated entities, not as agents, subsidiaries, or affiliates of Kindly Tech LTD. Their terms of service, privacy policies, and compliance procedures are separate from those of PaySoor.com.
By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Any payment, refund, or payout transaction is governed by the Payment Partner’s own terms and conditions;
- The Payment Partner bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or purpose of any campaign hosted on the Platform; and
- PaySoor.com remains responsible for user verification, campaign review, and compliance with its own policies.
3.6 Transparency Toward Third-Party Partners

The Platform’s structure is intentionally designed to minimise financial risk exposure for its Payment Partners while maintaining full traceability and accountability for all transactions carried out through the Platform.
PaySoor.com (operated by Kindly Tech LTD) does not hold, store, or control donations or campaign funds. All transactions are processed, held, and disbursed exclusively by licensed and regulated Payment Service Providers (PSPs). The platform only receives its service fee once a donation is successfully processed.

PaySoor.com may share relevant data with its Payment Partners solely for the purpose of compliance checks, risk management, or fraud prevention. All such data handling is conducted securely and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Failure to provide required information or verification documents may result in suspension, delayed payouts, or permanent account termination.

- Description of the campaign purpose and intended use of funds;
- Review of compliance with the Platform’s Prohibited Campaigns and Restricted Activities Policy; and
- Approval from PaySoor.com following manual assessment by our compliance team.
Approval does not guarantee campaign success and may be withdrawn if new information raises compliance or reputational concerns. Kindly Tech LTD retains the right to decline or remove any campaign at its discretion if it poses a risk to Users, Payment Partners, or regulatory obligations.
4.6 Jurisdictional Restrictions
The Platform and its Payment Partners may restrict access from certain countries or regions due to regulatory limitations or sanctions.
PaySoor.com reserves the right to block or suspend accounts linked to prohibited jurisdictions or users engaging in restricted activities under UK law or the Payment Partners’ own risk frameworks.

- All provided information is accurate and lawful;
- They consent to verification checks performed by the Platform and its Payment Partners;
- They understand that PaySoor.com does not hold funds and that all donations and payouts are processed solely by regulated third-party Payment Partners; and

5. Campaign Setup and Approval
5.1 Overview
PaySoor.com allows verified Users (Campaign Owners) to create and publish fundraising campaigns for charitable, personal, or community purposes. Each campaign must undergo a review and approval process before it becomes publicly accessible or eligible to receive Donations.
The purpose of this process is to maintain a safe, transparent, and trustworthy fundraising environment, ensuring that all campaigns comply with applicable laws, Payment Partner requirements, and PaySoor.com’s internal risk and content standards.
- If a campaign reaches its deadline but has not yet met its fundraising target, the campaign owner will still receive the funds collected up to that point, provided the campaign has passed all required verification and compliance checks.
- When a campaign’s deadline expires, the system will automatically extend the campaign’s duration until the fundraising target is reached, unless the campaign owner manually closes it or CommunityDonor.com suspends it for compliance reasons.
5.2 Campaign Submission
To create a campaign, a verified Campaign Owner must submit:
- A clear and truthful campaign title, description, and fundraising goal;
- The intended purpose of the campaign and how the funds will be used;
- Identification and contact details of the campaign creator or organisation;
- Supporting documents, images, or media relevant to the cause; and
- Any additional information requested by the Platform or its Payment Partners for compliance and verification.
All information provided must be complete, accurate, and free from misleading or deceptive content. The submission of false, incomplete, or exaggerated claims may lead to rejection or removal of the campaign, and may result in suspension of the Campaign Owner’s account.
5.3 Review and Approval Process
Once submitted, campaigns undergo a manual review by PaySoor.com’s compliance and moderation team. This review is designed to:
- Verify that the campaign complies with the Platform’s Prohibited Campaigns and Restricted Activities list;
- Confirm the Campaign Owner’s identity and purpose of fundraising;
- Ensure that the campaign’s stated objectives are lawful and ethically appropriate; and
- Evaluate the potential reputational and financial risk to the Platform and its Payment Partners.
PaySoor.com reserves the right to request additional documents or clarification before approving any campaign.
The Platform may also consult or share relevant information with its regulated Payment Partners for KYC, AML, or transaction screening purposes.
Approval of a campaign signifies only that it has met the Platform’s internal standards; it does not represent an endorsement, guarantee of success, or validation of factual accuracy by Kindly Tech LTD or its Payment Partners.
5.4 Accuracy and Integrity of Information
Campaign Owners are fully responsible for ensuring that all campaign information including titles, images, descriptions, goals, updates, and outcomes is truthful, transparent, and not misleading in any way.
Campaign Owners must promptly correct any errors, omissions, or changes to campaign information.
PaySoor.com reserves the right to monitor campaign content continuously and may suspend or remove any campaign that:
- Contains false or misleading information;
- Violates applicable laws, regulations, or the Payment Partner’s acceptable use policies; or
- Is deemed to pose a reputational, compliance, or fraud risk.
5.5 Ongoing Oversight and Monitoring
All campaigns remain subject to ongoing monitoring after approval. PaySoor.com, in coordination with its Payment Partners, may:
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews or additional KYC checks;
- Request updates from Campaign Owners about fund use or campaign progress;
- Suspend fundraising activity if irregularities, complaints, or risk indicators arise; and
- Withhold or delay fund release pending further verification by the Payment Partner.
This continuous oversight helps safeguard Donors, maintain Payment Partner trust, and ensure transparent use of funds.
5.6 Cooperation with Payment Partners
PaySoor.com cooperates closely with its third-party Payment Partners to ensure that all campaigns meet the standards of regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, and fraud prevention.
Campaign approval may be conditional upon confirmation from a Payment Partner that the Campaign Owner has successfully passed its verification process.
The Payment Partners retain full discretion to delay, reject, or block transactions if required under applicable payment or anti-fraud regulations.
PaySoor.com fully supports and enforces such decisions to protect both the Platform and the integrity of the payment ecosystem.
5.7 Platform Rights
Kindly Tech LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Decline to approve any campaign without obligation to provide a reason;
- Suspend, hide, or permanently remove campaigns that breach these Terms or raise regulatory concerns; and
- Report suspected unlawful or fraudulent activities to the Payment Partners or relevant authorities.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where immediate intervention is necessary to mitigate risk or prevent harm.
5.8 Acknowledgment by Campaign Owners
By submitting a campaign for review, each Campaign Owner acknowledges and agrees that:
- Approval does not constitute endorsement or verification by PaySoor.com or its Payment Partners;
- All funds are processed and disbursed solely by regulated third-party Payment Partners, not by Kindly Tech LTD;
- PaySoor.com may share campaign and identity data with its Payment Partners for compliance purposes; and
- The Platform reserves the right to remove or suspend campaigns that fail to maintain ongoing compliance or transparency.
6. Payment Processing and Fund Flow
All payments are securely handled through regulated PSP partners that operate under FCA supervision. PaySoor.com is a non-custodial platform, meaning that all donor funds remain under the control of the payment provider until transferred to verified campaign owners.
6.1 Overview
All financial transactions conducted through PaySoor.com are handled exclusively by independent, regulated third-party payment processor partners (Payment Partners). These Payment Partners are authorised and supervised by relevant financial authorities (including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom or equivalent regulators in other jurisdictions).
PaySoor.com itself does not receive, hold, or manage any Donor funds, nor does it operate as a payment institution, bank, or e-money issuer. The Platform serves only as a technical facilitator, connecting Users to the Payment Partners’ secure systems via approved integrations and APIs.
6.2 Donation Flow
When a Donor contributes to a campaign through the Platform, the payment process follows these steps:
- Initiation:
The Donor selects a campaign, chooses a donation amount, and submits payment information through the Platform’s integrated checkout page. - Redirection and Processing:
The payment data is securely transmitted to the designated Payment Partner for processing. The Payment Partner authorises and captures the donation using its own payment infrastructure, operating under its own regulated licence and compliance obligations. - Funds Holding:
Once processed, the donated funds are held by the Payment Partner in a segregated or safeguarded account established in compliance with applicable payment services and electronic money regulations.
Kindly Tech LTD and PaySoor.com do not at any stage take possession of these funds. - Compliance Checks:
Before releasing funds, the Payment Partner conducts required KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and fraud screening procedures to verify both the Donor and the Campaign Owner. - Payouts:
When a campaign concludes or meets the conditions for disbursement, and once all compliance checks have been successfully completed, the Payment Partner releases the corresponding funds directly to the verified Campaign Owner’s account. - Platform Fees:
Any applicable PaySoor.com service fees or commissions are deducted automatically by the Payment Partner during the payout process and transferred to Kindly Tech LTD in accordance with its merchant agreement.
6.3 Non-Custodial Role of PaySoor.com
Kindly Tech LTD, as operator of the Platform:
- Does not hold, store, or control donor funds at any time;
- Does not create or manage bank or custodial accounts on behalf of Users;
- Does not intermediate or guarantee payments between Donors and Campaign Owners; and
- Relies solely on its licensed Payment Partners for the lawful processing, holding, and disbursement of funds.
This non-custodial structure ensures that all monetary transactions occur within the regulated financial environment of authorised Payment Partners, protecting both Users and third-party processors from unnecessary legal or financial exposure.
6.4 Role of Payment Partners
Each Payment Partner engaged by PaySoor.com:
- Operates under its own licence, regulatory supervision, and safeguarding requirements;
- Manages all donation flows in accordance with applicable payment service laws;
- Performs AML/KYC checks and monitors transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity;
- Holds donor funds in segregated client accounts until release conditions are met; and
- Executes payouts to Campaign Owners upon instruction from the Platform, after compliance verification.
Payment Partners act as independent service providers, not as agents, subsidiaries, or affiliates of Kindly Tech LTD. They have full discretion to delay, block, or reverse payments when legally or operationally required.
6.5 Donor Authorisation
By making a Donation through the Platform, each Donor authorises:
- The relevant Payment Partner to process and manage the transaction on their behalf;
- PaySoor.com to share the necessary transaction data (such as donation amount, campaign reference, and payer identity) with the Payment Partner for processing and compliance purposes; and
- The deduction of any applicable service or transaction fees prior to disbursement to the Campaign Owner.
Donors acknowledge that their financial relationship for payment processing lies directly with the Payment Partner and that PaySoor.com acts solely as an intermediary for campaign facilitation and communication.
6.6 Campaign Owner Payouts
Campaign Owners acknowledge and agree that:
- All donations are received and held by the Payment Partner until campaign completion or until disbursement criteria are met;
- Release of funds is conditional on successful verification under AML/KYC procedures;
- Payment timing and payout schedules are determined by the Payment Partner’s own operating policies;
- PaySoor.com does not issue payments, refunds, or transfers directly; and
- The Payment Partner may delay or withhold funds if required under regulatory, risk, or fraud controls.
6.7 Refunds and Reversals
Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks (where applicable) are handled in coordination with the Payment Partner in accordance with Section 9 (Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes) of these Terms.
PaySoor.com cooperates fully with the Payment Partner’s procedures and will manage User communications related to refund requests. However, all actual financial transactions remain within the Payment Partner’s controlled system.
6.8 Compliance and Audit Cooperation
Kindly Tech LTD maintains detailed, auditable records of campaign and transaction metadata for compliance, fraud prevention, and reporting purposes.
At the request of a Payment Partner, auditor, or regulatory authority, the Platform will share necessary information to assist with risk monitoring or legal compliance.
PaySoor.com’s cooperation framework is designed to support Payment Partners in maintaining their own FCA-regulated obligations while ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the fund flow.

7. Verification, KYC, and AML Obligations
7.1 Commitment to Regulatory Compliance
PaySoor.com, operated by Kindly Tech LTD, is fully committed to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, transparency, and accountability in all fundraising activities.
Although Kindly Tech LTD is not itself a regulated payment institution, it operates in partnership with licensed and supervised Payment Partners, each authorised under the UK Payment Services Regulations 2017, the Electronic Money Regulations 2011, or equivalent European or international frameworks.
To support these regulated entities, PaySoor.com enforces robust verification and due diligence procedures for all Users, in line with the requirements of its Payment Partners and the UK’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) legislation.
7.2 Purpose of Verification
Verification procedures are implemented to:
- Prevent fraud, money laundering, and misuse of the Platform;
- Ensure that only legitimate individuals and organisations can create and receive donations;
- Protect Donors, Campaign Owners, and Payment Partners from financial or reputational risk; and
- Comply with all applicable KYC and AML obligations under UK law and Payment Partner policy.
These controls also help maintain the Platform’s eligibility for cooperation with regulated PSPs and ensure continued trust within the payment ecosystem.
7.3 Verification of Campaign Owners
Before any campaign is activated or funds are disbursed, PaySoor.com requires Campaign Owners to undergo identity verification and business screening. This may include:
- Full legal name and contact details;
- Valid government-issued identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID);
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
- Incorporation or registration documents for charities or companies;
- Verification of bank account ownership; and
- Screening against sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP), and watchlists.
The Platform may perform these checks directly or through its Payment Partners and approved compliance providers.
Campaign Owners consent to such screening as a condition of using the Platform.
7.4 Verification of Donors
For risk management purposes, Donors may also be subject to verification, particularly where:
- Large or unusual donations are made;
- Transaction behaviour indicates potential fraud or misuse; or
- Required by a Payment Partner under its AML or fraud-detection obligations.
In such cases, PaySoor.com or its Payment Partners may request additional information, such as the Donor’s identity, payment method verification, or purpose of donation. Failure to cooperate may result in the delay or cancellation of the transaction.
7.5 Cooperation with Payment Partners
PaySoor.com works closely with its Payment Partners to ensure that KYC and AML standards are consistently applied.
This cooperation includes:
- Securely sharing User and campaign data necessary for compliance checks;
- Responding promptly to requests from Payment Partners regarding verification or transaction review;
- Supporting Payment Partners’ investigations into suspicious or high-risk activity; and
- Implementing Payment Partners’ recommendations or directives related to risk mitigation.
Payment Partners retain full authority to approve, decline, or suspend transactions in accordance with their own regulatory responsibilities. PaySoor.com fully supports these decisions and enforces them within the Platform.
7.6 Monitoring and Ongoing Review
Verification is not a one-time process. PaySoor.com maintains continuous monitoring of account activity to detect potential red flags, including:
- Sudden spikes in donation volume;
- Irregular donation patterns;
- Multiple accounts linked to the same entity;
- Unusual withdrawal requests or fund destinations; and
- Campaigns flagged by users, Payment Partners, or external authorities.
If suspicious behaviour is identified, PaySoor.com may immediately suspend the relevant campaign, withhold funds pending Payment Partner review, or report the activity to competent authorities.
7.7 Data Handling and Privacy
All verification and compliance data collected under this section is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
PaySoor.com and its Payment Partners store data securely, limit access to authorised personnel only, and retain records for the legally required duration to satisfy regulatory and audit obligations.
Users may request information on how their data is processed by reviewing the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
7.8 Non-Compliance or Failure to Verify
If a User fails, refuses, or is unable to complete the required verification process, PaySoor.com may:
- Suspend or permanently close the User’s account;
- Freeze or cancel any active campaigns;
- Prevent the processing or payout of funds; and
- Notify the relevant Payment Partner and/or regulatory authorities where legally required.
PaySoor.com shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or loss resulting from the User’s failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements.
Campaign owners and payout recipients must complete identity verification and any required KYC or AML checks with our payment partners. Payouts may be paused by the payment partner until verification is complete or risk concerns are resolved.
8. Platform Fees and Deductions
Our platform fee is 5% unless stated otherwise on the campaign creation page. Processing charges from the payment partner may apply. Fees are shown before a campaign goes live and are explained in the Help and FAQ pages.
8.1 Overview
Use of the PaySoor.com Platform is subject to certain fees and charges that support the operation, maintenance, and development of the service.
All fees are clearly disclosed to Users before any transaction is processed. Kindly Tech LTD ensures that fee structures remain transparent and proportionate while aligning with the requirements of its regulated Payment Partners.
PaySoor.com does not apply or collect any hidden or undisclosed charges.
All platform fees, transaction costs, and payment processing charges are handled and distributed exclusively through the Payment Partner’s system, in accordance with applicable payment regulations.
8.2 Platform Service Fee
PaySoor.com charges a Platform Service Fee (5%) on each donation processed through the Platform.
This Service Fee:
- Represents compensation for providing technical, administrative, and support services to Campaign Owners and Donors;
- Is calculated as a fixed percentage or flat rate disclosed during the donation or campaign setup process; and
- Is automatically deducted by the Payment Partner before the campaign funds are released to the Campaign Owner.
At no point does Kindly Tech LTD directly invoice or charge Donors for this fee. The deduction occurs transparently within the regulated transaction flow managed by the Payment Partner.
8.3 Payment Partner Transaction Fees
In addition to the Platform Service Fee, the Payment Partner may charge its own transaction or processing fees (the Processing Fees) in accordance with its terms of service.
Processing Fees typically cover:
- Card or digital wallet network costs;
- Transaction authorisation and settlement;
- Safeguarding and payout services; and
- Compliance and fraud prevention measures.
Such fees are determined independently by the Payment Partner and are not controlled, modified, or retained by Kindly Tech LTD.
All Donors and Campaign Owners agree that any Payment Partner fees applicable to their transaction will be deducted automatically from the donated amount before payout, ensuring full transparency.
8.4 Optional Donor Contributions
During the donation process, Donors may have the option to include an additional voluntary contribution to help support the operational costs of the Platform.
This contribution is optional, clearly disclosed, and entirely separate from the donation to the campaign. It is processed through the Payment Partner’s system and transferred directly to Kindly Tech LTD under the same regulated framework.
8.5 Fee Collection Method
The total amount received from a Donor is processed by the Payment Partner, who then:
- Deducts any applicable Payment Partner Processing Fees;
- Deducts the PaySoor.com Service Fee; and
- Transfers the remaining balance to the verified Campaign Owner’s account once eligibility and compliance checks are completed.
Kindly Tech LTD’s Service Fee is transferred directly from the Payment Partner to the Company after the transaction has been successfully settled.
PaySoor.com does not withdraw, transfer, or hold funds directly from Donor accounts at any stage.
8.6 Fee Disclosure and Transparency
PaySoor.com is committed to fee transparency.
Before confirming a donation or launching a campaign, Users are informed of:
- The Platform’s Service Fee percentage;
- The Payment Partner’s transaction fees (if applicable); and
- Any optional donor contribution.
These details are clearly displayed on the donation page or campaign dashboard. Users must confirm their acceptance of the total before proceeding with any transaction.
8.7 Changes to Fees
Kindly Tech LTD reserves the right to modify its Service Fee structure or introduce new charges in the future.
Any such changes will be communicated in advance through:
- Updates to these Terms and Conditions;
- Notices on the Platform; or
- Email notifications to registered Users.
Changes will apply only to future transactions and will not affect donations already processed.
8.8 Taxes
Users are responsible for any taxes, levies, or similar governmental charges that may apply to their donations or campaign income.
PaySoor.com does not provide tax or accounting advice and encourages Users to consult a qualified professional for any obligations arising from campaign activities.
All Service Fees collected by Kindly Tech LTD are subject to UK taxation laws, and the Company issues invoices or receipts where required by law.
8.9 Refund of Fees
Platform Service Fees are generally non-refundable, except where a donation transaction is cancelled or reversed before it is fully processed by the Payment Partner.
In such cases, PaySoor.com will coordinate with the Payment Partner to ensure that any applicable fees are refunded proportionally in accordance with their policies.
9. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
Refunds and chargebacks are handled through the payment partner that processed the transaction. Because we do not hold funds, any refund timing and settlement follow the payment partner policies and network rules. We will assist donors and campaign owners by coordinating with the payment partner.
9.1 Overview
All donations made through PaySoor.com are considered voluntary contributions made to support campaigns created by verified Campaign Owners.
PaySoor.com aims to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance in all refund or dispute matters, while maintaining a clear separation between its role as a platform operator and the responsibilities of its regulated third-party Payment Partners.
Although donations are processed and safeguarded by Payment Partners, Kindly Tech LTD retains full responsibility for the management, review, and resolution of refund and dispute requests between Users.
Payment Partners act solely as technical facilitators of transactions and bear no responsibility for refund policies, donor complaints, campaign outcomes, or loss recovery.
9.2 General Refund Policy
Donations made via PaySoor.com are typically non-refundable, as they represent voluntary contributions to independent Campaign Owners.
However, refunds may be considered in specific situations, such as:
- Duplicate or accidental donations;
- Verified cases of unauthorised transactions;
- Campaign cancellation before any payout occurs; or
- Breaches of these Terms or applicable law by a Campaign Owner.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by PaySoor.com’s support and compliance teams.
9.3 Refund Requests Procedure
Donors seeking a refund must submit a request through the PaySoor.com support system or via email to support@PaySoor.com, including:
- Donation ID or transaction reference;
- Campaign title and link;
- Reason for the refund request; and
- Supporting evidence, where applicable.
PaySoor.com will:
- Verify the identity of the requester;
- Review the campaign status and transaction record;
- Liaise with the Campaign Owner and, where relevant, the Payment Partner; and
- Issue a decision within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds will be processed through the Payment Partner, who will return the funds to the Donor’s original payment method, in accordance with their technical and compliance procedures.
PaySoor.com oversees this process but does not directly execute financial transfers.
9.4 Responsibility and Independence of Payment Partners
The Payment Partners are responsible only for:
- Executing authorised payment instructions received via the Platform;
- Safeguarding and releasing funds according to regulation; and
- Returning funds in accordance with refund instructions issued by PaySoor.com after a verified review.
Payment Partners do not:
- Determine whether a refund should be granted;
- Intervene in disputes between Donors and Campaign Owners; or
- Bear liability for campaign-related fraud, misuse of funds, or misrepresentation.
All such matters fall under the sole responsibility of Kindly Tech LTD and PaySoor.com.
9.5 Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback initiated by a Donor through their bank or card issuer, PaySoor.com will:
- Receive notification of the chargeback through the Payment Partner;
- Conduct an internal review to determine whether the transaction was legitimate;
- Provide supporting evidence to the Payment Partner as part of the chargeback investigation; and
- Manage communication with the Campaign Owner and Donor.
Kindly Tech LTD assumes operational responsibility for all chargeback communications and documentation, ensuring that Payment Partners are protected from direct involvement in donor disputes.
If a chargeback is upheld, the disputed amount may be deducted from the Campaign Owner’s pending balance, or recovered from future payouts, in accordance with these Terms.
9.6 Campaign Owner Liability for Refunds and Chargebacks
Campaign Owners acknowledge and agree that they:
- Are responsible for any refunds or chargebacks related to their campaigns;
- Must cooperate fully with PaySoor.com in the event of a dispute; and
- Authorise PaySoor.com to offset or deduct chargeback amounts, fees, or losses from future payouts due to them.
Where a chargeback or refund cannot be recovered from a Campaign Owner’s balance, PaySoor.com reserves the right to pursue reimbursement directly from the Campaign Owner or take further action as permitted by law.
9.7 Dispute Resolution
PaySoor.com encourages Users to resolve disputes amicably through communication and mediation facilitated by the Platform.
If a Donor or Campaign Owner disagrees with a refund decision, they may submit a formal complaint to the Platform’s support team for independent review.
Disputes relating to payment execution (such as delays or errors) that arise solely within the Payment Partner’s technical processing environment will be handled by PaySoor.com in cooperation with the Payment Partner.
The Payment Partner remains a neutral and non-liable party in all disputes between Users.
9.8 Fraudulent or Unlawful Transactions
If PaySoor.com or its Payment Partners identify fraudulent, unauthorised, or unlawful activity, the Platform reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate affected accounts;
- Freeze pending payouts;
- Report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and
- Cooperate fully with Payment Partners in providing data and evidence for investigations.
Funds linked to fraudulent activity may be withheld or returned to Donors following a verified compliance review.
9.9 Finality of Refund Decisions
All refund and dispute resolutions made by PaySoor.com are final once confirmed in writing.
The Platform retains full discretion to deny refund requests that lack sufficient evidence or where the campaign has already distributed funds to the Campaign Owner.
10. Prohibited Campaigns and Restricted Activities
10.1 Purpose
To maintain a safe and compliant crowdfunding environment, PaySoor.com enforces strict rules regarding the types of campaigns and activities that may be hosted on the Platform.

- Collects funds for personal debts, loans, or unauthorised money-transmission purposes; or

Campaign Owners must use all donations solely for the purpose stated in their campaign description.
Funds may not be diverted, transferred, or applied toward any unlawful, unethical, or misleading activity.
PaySoor.com may require Campaign Owners to provide evidence of expenditure, invoices, or progress updates to confirm proper fund usage.
Misappropriation of funds or failure to comply with campaign obligations may result in:
- Immediate suspension or removal of the campaign;
- Termination of the Campaign Owner’s account;
- Cooperation with Payment Partners and authorities to recover misused funds; and
- Legal action where appropriate.
10.5 Enforcement and Reporting
PaySoor.com actively monitors campaigns and transactions for prohibited activity through automated and manual review systems.
The Platform may share information with Payment Partners, regulators, or law-enforcement agencies if suspicious or restricted behaviour is identified.
Users are encouraged to report any campaign that appears to breach these Terms by contacting support@PaySoor.com.
All reports are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with compliance and risk-management procedures.
10.6 Platform and Payment Partner Rights
PaySoor.com and its Payment Partners reserve the right to:
- Decline, suspend, or terminate any campaign that breaches or appears to breach these restrictions;
- Block donations or freeze payouts pending investigation;
- Withhold or reverse transactions in cases of suspected illegality; and
- Refuse service to Users who pose regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
These rights may be exercised at any time without prior notice, in order to protect the integrity of the Platform, Donors, and Payment Partners.
11. Campaign Owner Responsibilities
11.1 Overview
By creating a campaign on PaySoor.com, each Campaign Owner agrees to act honestly, transparently, and in full compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and the requirements of the Platform’s regulated third-party payment processor partners (Payment Partners).
Campaign Owners are fully responsible for the content, conduct, and outcome of their campaigns, as well as for the lawful and ethical use of all funds received.
11.2 Accuracy and Honesty
Campaign Owners must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about themselves, their organisation, and the purpose of their campaign.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The campaign title, description, and fundraising goal;
- The intended use of funds;
- Supporting evidence or documentation about the cause; and

11.3 Use of Funds
All donations received through PaySoor.com must be used solely for the specific purpose described in the campaign.
Funds may not be:
- Diverted to unrelated projects or personal expenses;
- Used to repay debts, purchase prohibited goods, or fund restricted activities; or
- Transferred to third parties not directly associated with the approved campaign.
PaySoor.com may, at its discretion, request proof of fund usage, including receipts, statements, or progress reports. Campaign Owners agree to provide such evidence promptly when requested.
If misuse of funds is identified or reasonably suspected, the Platform may:
- Suspend the campaign and withhold further payouts;
- Cooperate with Payment Partners or regulators to freeze or recover funds; and
- Terminate the Campaign Owner’s account.

- Charity registration or licensing requirements;
- Tax reporting obligations;

- Compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) standards.
PaySoor.com may request evidence of compliance at any stage of the campaign review or payout process.
11.5 Cooperation with Payment Partners
Campaign Owners must fully cooperate with the Platform’s Payment Partners, including:
- Completing all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML verification procedures;
- Providing requested identity or business documents;
- Complying with Payment Partner terms of service; and

Failure to meet Payment Partner requirements may delay or prevent payout of funds.
PaySoor.com is not liable for any delay or loss arising from non-compliance by the Campaign Owner.
11.6 Communication with Donors
Campaign Owners are expected to maintain open and respectful communication with their Donors. This includes:
- Responding to reasonable inquiries about the campaign;

If a donation is refunded or reversed, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.
Campaign Owners must cooperate fully with PaySoor.com during refund investigations and provide evidence when requested.
11.8 Intellectual Property and Media Rights
By submitting a campaign, the Campaign Owner confirms that they own or have obtained the necessary permissions to use all text, images, videos, and other materials included in their campaign.
Campaign Owners grant PaySoor.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote their campaign content on the Platform and related marketing channels.
11.9 Accountability and Recordkeeping
Campaign Owners are expected to maintain accurate records of donations received and funds spent.
Such records may be requested by PaySoor.com or its Payment Partners for compliance or audit purposes.
Failure to maintain or produce these records may lead to account suspension, withheld payouts, or removal of the campaign.
11.10 Breach of Obligations
If a Campaign Owner breaches any of these responsibilities, PaySoor.com may:
- Suspend or remove the campaign;
- Withhold or recover funds;
- Terminate the Campaign Owner’s account; and

Kindly Tech LTD reserves all legal rights and remedies available under applicable law to recover damages, costs, or misused funds arising from any breach of these obligations.
12. Donor Responsibilities
12.1 Overview
By making a donation through PaySoor.com, each Donor acknowledges that their contribution is a voluntary act of support toward a campaign created by an independent Campaign Owner.
Donors agree to read and understand all campaign details before completing a donation and to comply with these Terms and any applicable Payment Partner terms of service.
PaySoor.com facilitates the transaction process but does not act as an agent, trustee, or intermediary for either party, and it does not hold, manage, or guarantee the funds donated.
12.2 Voluntary Nature of Donations
All donations made through the Platform are non-reciprocal and voluntary, meaning:
- Donors make contributions without expectation of profit, ownership, or tangible return;
- Donations are not investments, loans, or payment for goods or services; and
- Donors do not obtain any contractual or financial rights in relation to the Campaign Owner or the Platform.
By completing a donation, the Donor authorises the relevant regulated Payment Partner to process the payment and acknowledges that the funds are held and disbursed under that Payment Partner’s regulated framework.
12.3 Accuracy of Information
Donors must ensure that all information they provide during the donation process is accurate, complete, and lawful.
This includes:
- Correct payment card or account details;
- Current billing and contact information; and
- Accurate identification details when verification is required.
Providing false or unauthorised information may result in the transaction being declined, refunded, or reported to the appropriate authorities.

By making a donation, the Donor:
- Confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- Consents to the Payment Partner processing the payment in accordance with its own regulatory and security obligations;
- Agrees that the Payment Partner may temporarily hold funds in a safeguarded account pending completion of campaign verification; and
- Acknowledges that PaySoor.com does not at any time hold or manage those funds.
If a donation transaction fails, is cancelled, or reversed by the Donor’s bank, the Donor remains responsible for any applicable fees or losses incurred.
12.5 Understanding of Campaign Risk
Donors understand that:
- Each campaign is managed independently by its respective Campaign Owner;
- PaySoor.com does not guarantee that any campaign will reach its goal, fulfil promises, or achieve its objectives; and
- The Platform and its Payment Partners bear no liability for campaign performance, accuracy, or outcomes.
Donors contribute at their own discretion and risk, relying solely on the information provided by the Campaign Owner.
12.6 Prohibited Conduct
Donors must not:
- Use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods;
- Attempt to manipulate campaign metrics, such as making false donations;
- Request chargebacks or cancellations without legitimate cause; or
- Interfere with the operations of the Platform or its Payment Partners.
PaySoor.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Donor account engaged in prohibited or abusive behaviour and to cooperate with Payment Partners or law enforcement where necessary.
12.7 Refund Requests
Donors may request refunds only under the circumstances described in Section 9 (Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes).
Refund requests must be made directly to PaySoor.com, which will review each case and, where justified, instruct the Payment Partner to execute the refund in accordance with its regulated refund process.

12.8 Communication and Conduct
Donors agree to:
- Communicate respectfully with Campaign Owners and other Users;
- Avoid harassment, defamatory statements, or public misrepresentation of campaigns; and

The Platform may suspend or restrict access for Donors who violate these behavioural standards.
12.9 Tax and Legal Obligations
Donors are responsible for determining whether their contributions qualify for tax deductions or reporting requirements in their jurisdiction.
PaySoor.com does not issue tax advice or official donation receipts unless required by applicable law or by agreement with verified charitable entities.
12.10 Indemnification
Donors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kindly Tech LTD, PaySoor.com, and its Payment Partners from any claim, dispute, or loss arising from:
- Misuse of the Platform;
- Breach of these Terms; or
- False, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment activity.
This indemnity remains valid even after the donation or account closure.

Payment Partners performing international payouts are required to maintain equivalent safeguards under applicable payment and privacy regulations.
13.7 Data Retention
